Open Question: Why do 'certain people' act like they are so much better than others?

I work in a nice cozy studio in L.A with other black female singers, and they all are so rude and very disrespectful. They always, like, say things like I'm such a bust-down, and all I do is suck some chicken 'dick' (which, like, doesn't even make any sense) and they're always booty popping' every time the beat to their OWN music comes on! So I figured out that if I want them to accept me, I have to basically kiss their butt cheeks, or else they'll have a problem with me. So I offered them each some money, then they complained saying things like "what? You think a sista po'? cant make huh' own money?!?" (but they did take the money).
